For the work of God to grow unhindered, disciplined and committed workers who do not exhibit carnality or worldiliness in their approach to spiritual work are developed. Workers that pray, fast and develop self for a network of spiritually funstional organisation through functional ministries to meet the Church expansion and spiritual growth. Workers are constantly developed and resource persons are developed and encouraged to work in critical areas towards meeting spiritual and growth objectives.
