In pursuit of the Church's objective of excellence in the service of God, the Church is seriously considering offering the workers and indeed Africans in general the opprotunity to go through formal developmental processes to prepare them for higher responsilbilites. The Church is proposing the establishment of a well-structured and globally acclaimed Church-centered Bible School in Africa. The PLM Academy which would also offer degree and post graduate programmes for interested students of the Bible. Discussion have been opened with Christian Leadership University, in the United States of America for collaboration in the area of curricula/affiliation.
